perlsupporter is a webbased helpdesk script to manage emails and support requests.
One or more staff members use one POP3-Account to send and receive requests.
It is based on my former "all my support" script but is a rewrite with new features.
Features:
 |
home This is the home of the admin pages. You can select new messages to get new messages from your
pre-defined POP3-Account and view a list of new messages. |
 |
add default message You can add default messages. These can be selected when you reply to a
request and are shown in the body of your new message. The default answers are user-independant. That means any user
has access to your default answer. |
 |
add a category for the knowledgebase You can manage categories for the knowledgebase where you can
put requests and answers. The image shows the form to add a new category. |
 |
write a new message You can write initial messages or restart threads. By using this form a new
thread is started. Anyone can create a new thread and send an answer to a customer or forward it to another staff member e.g.
as a reminder. |
 |

The header and footer will be displayed in the beginning and in the end of the message text box of a new message/reply. |
